Featured Food Truck
We are a unique combination of European, Southern, and BBQ, We hand select and cut all of our meats, buy locally and organically whenever possible, and make all of our sauces, aiolis, salsas, rubs, and guacamole in small batches. Each Viennese Schnitzel is hand made, as is our Black Angus Burgers, and of course the infamous Hogcicle. We start our pulled pork with the time honored BBQ tradition, the rub. For our pork we use 13 ingredients, and for chicken and beef, 11. Everything is smoked with hickory and a little somethin’ else. Oh yeah we also do vegetarian.
The Original! A strip of boneless pork loin with our signature rub on a bamboo skewer cooked just right and covered with your choice of BBQ sauce.
Bites sizes pieces of our Viennese Schnitzel served with your choice of dipping sauces.
A family recipe for years and we still haven’t come up with a better name! Fresh pork sausage, sauteed onion, our own sauerkraut, cream cheese, garlic and herbs, then rolled into balls and given the same three step process as the Schnitzel. Served with Pa’s cilantro sour cream.
We start with our flaky crust and fill it with one of our smoked meats, crimini mushrooms, shallots, a medly of cheeses, and a blend of spices. If you like you can choose a dipping sauce.

Pulled Pork Quesadilla:
Our hand pulled pork,chipoltle aioli, mixture of Mexican cheeses, grilled on flour tortillas and served with our fresh salsa, guacamole, cilantro sour cream, and PA’s honeyed jalapenos.
Tuscan Chicken Quesadilla:
We start with our smoked chicken, chipoltle aioli, blend of Mexican cheeses, red, yellow, and green peppers, onion, and black beans, on flour tortilla served with our PA’s pico, guacamole, cilantro sour cream, and PA’s honeyed jalapenos.
Pulled Pork Nachos:
The flavor combination you have been waiting for! White corn tortilla chips, our hand pulled pork, nacho cheese,PA’s pico, cilantro sour cream, guacamole, and honeyed jalapenos.
Pulled Pork Sandwich:
A heaping serving of our hand pulled pork with your choice of BBQ sauce and toppings.
Sauce it up Sandwich:
Choose from our pulled pork, smoked chicken, or smokin’ chuck ( +1) and then add our molasses based BBQ or our South Carolina mustard BBQ and your choice of toppings.
These are for serious burger lovers! Each hand formed patty is 1/3 pound before it hits the grill. We season them with a little love.
PA’s Craft Brew Shroom Sandwich:
When on location we use that local Brewery’s Craft for our sandwich and will feature it on our board. We start with portabella mushroom caps, onions, garlic, olive oil, and seasoning. Then we make a balsamic craft brew reduction glaze, and top it with the cheese of your choice.
We use a local craft brew to marinate thin sliced boneless pork loin, then flash grill it and dress it with your choice of toppings. Each brewery brings it’s own flavor profile to the table that makes this sandwich unique everytime.
Smokin’ Chuck Nachos:
We take Angus Chuck Roast and rub it down then smoke it for the duration. After pulling it by hand it is ready for a bed of white corn tortilla chips topped with nacho cheese, PA’s pico, cilantro sour cream, guacamole, and honeyed jalapenos.
